CNN reports on Jennifer Hudson’s Nephew

Monday, October 27th, 2008

CNN has just reported that the little boy they found earlier today was indeed Jennifer Hudson’s newphew Julian. He was found dead earlier today in a white SUV that matched the vehicle that was described in the child’s amber alert on Friday.

They have reported that Jennifer had the sad task this weekend of identifying her mother and brother’s remains at the Cook County Coroner’s office in Chicago. Our wishes go out to her and her sister- the boy’s mother- in their time of grief. This has to be devasting on a personal level. The police are holding Jennifer’s sister’s estranged husband in custody and call him a person of interest but are not yet charging him with anything. He was out on parole so suspicion in anything is pretty much grounds for them to hold him.

We posted the tip line for the reward on this case- now that the boy has been found the police will be asking the public for help in bringing the killer to justice. If you can help- contact the Chicago Police Department.
