Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio plays Captain Zoe Callas and Saffron Burrows plays Detective Serena Stevens on the show this season to pretty up the Major Case Squad. I am pretty excited about Mary Elizabeth – she can play a tough cookie like no other. I have high hopes for her leadership abilities as a captain with the unit.
