Tonight is the first of the last three episodes of ER. All season Neela has been wrestling with what to do and where to go- tonight she makes a decision and says goodbye. Parminder Nagra talks about playing the part and what it has been for her to be part of the series and what she may do next.

BTW- her director from Bend it Like Beckham has cast Sendhil Ramamurthy ( Suresh on Heroes) in a new romantic comedy shooting in London this summer. I’d love to see Parminder do some more films!
